Warren Consulting Services' founder and principal is Sheryl M. Warren, who has more than twenty-five years' experience in both the government and private business sectors.  Warren has served as Executive Director/CEO of large non-profit organizations, as Human Resources and Business Services Director in large state government agencies, and as Human Resources Director for a global company; in that role she had oversight not only for a complete range of human resources services, but also for global recruitment of contractors needed to provide essential corporate services.
